What to write about

Corrections. If an entry misdescribes a property, says something that used to be true and no longer is, or misspells a name, tell us what is wrong and, where you can, where the right version comes from. Corrections are made quickly and without argument.

Hotel suggestions. If you know a hotel that belongs in one of the four categories, send the name and a sentence on why. We are looking for properties that are genuinely built around the category rather than ones that borrow the word for marketing. We cannot promise a listing, and we do not accept payment for one.

Everything else. Press enquiries, permission to quote, or a note about something that broke on the site — the same address is fine.

What we cannot do

We cannot book a room, change a reservation, chase a refund, or pass a message to a hotel. Arcane Valors has no commercial relationship with any property listed here, so anything to do with an actual stay has to go to the hotel directly.

Response times

This is a small operation. Most messages get an answer within a few working days; a detailed correction that needs checking may take longer. If a fortnight passes with nothing, assume the message went astray and send it again.
